Many soybeans have been delivered to the elevator, but where will they go next? The Soy Checkoff invites farmers to meet some of their biggest customers and learn about the impact they make on farmers’ bottom lines during this year’s See for Yourself program.

From now until April 4th, U.S. soybean farmers ages 18 and older can apply for the See for Yourself program.

Kansas soybean farmer Lavell Winsor, one of last year’s participants, says the program also allows farmers to see the results of their checkoff investment up close.

“I feel like I have a much greater understanding of how checkoff dollars are used and where the investments are, both at home and then abroad as well. I think it’s probably money well spent by U.S. farmers.”

This year’s See for Yourself program will take place July 24th through the 31st. Ten soybean farmers from across the country will be chosen to participate. To apply or learn more visit united www.unitedsoybean.org/seeforyourself.
