Hoosier Ag Today is expanding, and we’re searching for an Account Executive who’s passionate about agriculture, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
This role is designed for someone who loves working with people and helping businesses succeed. Our Account Executive serves as a trusted marketing partner to agribusinesses across Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan, creating customized advertising campaigns that connect farm operations, ag suppliers, and rural communities with the audiences that matter most. From on-air programming to digital platforms and network opportunities, you’ll help shape marketing strategies that deliver real results.
No two days look the same. One morning might start with client calls and campaign planning, followed by coordinating interviews with our news team or gathering creative materials for upcoming ads. Another day could take you on the road to farm shows or industry events, where you’ll represent Hoosier Ag Today, meet producers and agribusiness leaders, and capture the moments that make agriculture such a vibrant community.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and resilience to every interaction—someone who provides the kind of service customers remember and recommend. If you’re comfortable striking up conversations, juggling multiple priorities, and staying focused on what’s best for your clients, you’ll feel right at home here. A background in sales or account management—especially in media, advertising, or agriculture—is a strong plus, along with familiarity with digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office.
In return, we offer a competitive base salary with bonus opportunities, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and the flexibility of remote work. Most importantly, you’ll join a team that’s dedicated to serving the agricultural community and telling its stories every day.
If you’re ready to grow your career while supporting the people who feed the world, we’d love to hear from you. Send your resume to eric@hoosieragtoday.com and help us continue connecting agriculture to opportunity.
