Dr. Egger is the Learning & Development Lead at AgReliant Genetics, Westfield, IN. In her role, she focuses on her two passions – people and leadership development. She thrives on the combination of the two while inspiring managers and leaders of people to maximize the performance of their teams. She specializes in training, facilitating groups, coaching, and professional and leadership development. She is a trusted leader in career development, as well as leadership coaching. Additionally, she has been instrumental in leading the AgReliant Women’s Network which provides a platform for AgReliant women to connect and engage in growth opportunities.
