HAT Chief Meteorologist Ryan Martin is predicting rain to move out today and dry conditions tomorrow but quite cool. Again Tuesday corn, soybean and wheat markets worked higher and this time the leader was Chicago wheat. Andy Eubank has settlements and analyst Arlan Suderman adds his market insights.
